I was diagnosed with arthritis of the neck about a year ago.  At that time I had been visiting my chiropractor at least once a week.  I was anxious to fine another method to lessen my chronic pain.  I decided to try acupuncture and was referred to David Russell with Russell Family Acupuncture.

Without a doubt, it was one of the best referrals I’ve ever received.  I have been having acupuncture and massage with David Russell for the better part of a year now.  I look forward to my session each week.  The neck massage is better than any I’ve ever experienced … it is heaven.

The Russell Family’s office is warm and welcoming.  David immediately puts you at ease (I had no idea what to expect during my first visit).  I knew I was in good hands.

My neck pain has gone from off the charts (over a 10) to a manageable level.  I remember when David told me that, although I have the neck arthritis, I should be able to live pain free.  That was music to my ears… and, he was right.
